Aggregate Industries Central Region is a leading producer of Sand and Gravel, with six locations strategically placed across South Michigan and a location in Northern Indiana. To accompany the stationary plants in Michigan, we also operate four portable crushing plants. These portable plants supply the aggregate needs for our own locations, as well as performing custom crushing for our customers. Our Indiana locations produce a range of aggregates, which are primarily consumed internally in the production of ready mixed concrete, block and precast products.

Meyer Material Company owns and operates six sand & gravel mining sites and is one of the largest producers of both ready-mixed concrete and sand & gravel within the Illinois and Wisconsin regions. The business mines and processes aggregates primarily from sand and gravel deposits. Approximately 60% of its annual shipments are sold to third parties, and the balance is used in the production of ready mixed concrete at a number of its locations, as well as in Paveloc’s concrete products business.
